As a service provider has a contract for a limited time with who he serves with the service, there is no scope of any extracurricular responsibility of the employee by the employer.

And most suiting to this philosophy is the system of payments to the employee on the basis of the amount of work done and not on the time spent in performing the work. A benefit of it is to bring to the fore hidden fruits of competition in which skills are critically improved. Why should one spend more of his valuable time if others can perform it in limited time?

A sense of sort of irresponsibility is inherent in the office jobs that if the employees reach the office in time they don’t much bother about the work. Full array of managers is engaged on how to take more from the employees in the given time frame and every new strategy gets old soon.

A careful consideration for a little time will give you the sense about the benefits of the jobs working from home can bring to the employers.
